I've been in Kavala since 1925! Born and Raised! I served 8 tours in 2 World Wars. I've made friends. I've loved. I've lost. I've rebuilt my life a time or two. But now my summers are numbered. My bones are sore. I can't quite get around like I used to in my younger days. In the good ol days I could shoot a rabbit on the run from 2km away. But now my vision is blurred. Narrow and dark. A few years ago, Kavala went from a beautiful paradise and quickly turned into a scene from Mad Max! Gangs start dropping in and robbing the good people of Kavala! The cops would defend the people the best they could. For months they had control. There was order. Peace with a few moments of chaos, but peace none the less. You could go to the local market and pick up some tactical bacon and a tent for the next fishing or camping trip you had planned with the family. Sadly over time this potato gang called, "Boats and Hoes" started placing its heals into our town. I feared the end of our beautiful town was upon us. A few months after, these Boats and Hoes showed up. The local newspaper started reporting cops being taken hostage, and local workers disappearing, and killing sprees. Day by day they grew and took more ground. Only to eventually take complete control over the city of Kavala. I feared we would never see the light of day again! The cops slowly started to disband from the city, just to let it turn into a wasteland. As I get older. I no longer can I go to the market in peace. For I fear I may be shot, stripped of my cloth. or worst! Taken to the Church Of Canna and be burned alive as a sacrificed to their so called GODS! I no longer have the ability to wield any big guns. The triggers are to heavy and my arms are to weak. But I need something. I need to feed safe in my city again. I only wish to be able to defend myself with out taking a life. I wish I could go to the market again and get my bacon in peace. This is why I plead with you today. Please bless this old man with a less then lethal option to defend myself with. A Rook with downing rounds perhaps or a taser. Something light that I can use with my brittle hands and fingers to disable a criminal long enough to get away or get help. I feel like Kavala could be a bright and beautiful place again if only we the people could protect our self and our families and are city with out taking a life. So one issue I see with the Red Name is that is that it does highlight everyone who is grouped with that individual HOWEVER it doesn't mean their all hostile? Which makes it hard to control area's where its populated by a lot of civilians. For example, This morning, as APD one guy shot at me but one of his friends was clearly not going to shot me and didn't. Am I allowed to down or restrain everyone red? Regardless if they seem aggressive? Would make things easy but as of what I know now You can't just shot at all red highlighted names. Or can we as APD because were initiated. RP that its just to control the situation and if their not wanted they're free to leave?

Then why are painkiller, med kits, and first aids there? I agree makes 0 sense. Illegal arms selling blood bags? WTF?

The Ideal isn't for Rebel. Just for APD and only accessable by APD. HQ's are already "respawn" points/ Clinc's still remain relevant for rebels and civs. It won't do anything to game play other then help APD get there bags when they spawn in and when in the middle of a Bank, Fed, or Prison. ONLY difference is APD can grab blood bags at HQ. We could even simplify what I'm suggesting for by asking for blood bags as a purchasable item at HQ's.

So I've bounced this around and everyone that I've talked to agree that It would be nice to have a Medic Shop at all the HQ's to allow us to fully gear up including Blood Bags, Pain Killers, Etc.

This is easily solved by having a small message pop up in side (or your side) chat either just one and have the window stay on you screen for x amount of time or have the message appear in your side chat several time ever few minutes so while your doing stuff you get something like. "Warning!! There appears to be a bounty on your head! Better watch your back!" Or something to that degree OR Add a skull Icon under your bounty icon w/ a message to indicate your a target. For casino you could have a simple 10$ buy in table then for the big boys a 100k buy in and a few no limit. I enjoy talking to everyone regardless of gang but for some thats mind popping. Would be great drama at the table when you take that one asshole you hate so much in-game's money lol ADDED future - Bet your vehicles......"OH YEAH YOU THINK YOUR THE MAN!!!! 15 ORCAS, 5 JETS...AND THIS LITTLE SQUEAKER BOY THAT KEEPS FOLLOWING ME!!!" the boys is prob someone I kidnapped earlier and payed or threaten into being my squire/pet. (rp those manslaughters) Lastly It would be nice to have a 1v1 arena at a min. Pull phone and challenge whoever then you get teleported to a staging area with limited gun/ammo and after maybe 30sec of staging you tele to a small 50mx50m sq box with open area as well as a building or too) in the salt flats.I like to 1v1 challenge people but its a pain to meet up sometimes. Casino - Texas Holdem Anyone? Would love to put money on the table against people here. Fight Club - The ultimate arena for 1v1 (if area is large enough 2v2 - 4v4) fights. Could have a ranking system to feed the meat heads here ego's. Contract Killings - One thing I enjoy doing is putting 10k-20k sometimes more depending on the the individual on someones head with an objective attached....Like 10k to kidnap 10k to bring him/her to me. Or 20k to kidnap and 20k to down every 7-8 minutes (in RP) and re-restrain for an hour. With this in mind I think it would be cool to put public contracts out to people. Normally I just do it in side-chat but would much rather have an official way of doing it. Have a button or station to go to. You put money down that you want. type out the objective. When submitted you have the option by phone to release funds to which ever individual is doing the objective, when your satisfied (or kidnapped and forced to lol) with their job.

Yeah its a simple concept that would benefit everyone. Crash your ride. Have a chance to not have it be a total loss. Someone makes money on the crash. Not sure how the script is written but if its what my brain is writing it out to be. You might be able to modify the tracker device to be on all vehicles when bought which become visible after the crash and only the group of people doing towing can see it after you select a Call Tow Truck after you crash much like you can click accept revive. Maybe make it a phone option...an Allstar button. For the cops I love the Idea of a Repo Service....but actually add a Tow Truck where you have to back up to the front lower the tow > attach> raise> then secure. Imagine getting the job to steal one of the top Rebels rides (or if your pussy a low tier guy) and you have a little convoy with a kill squad escorting you. Or your lone wolfing it... and you finnnnnaly find the ride and your about 90% and you see someone running at you...HURRY UP!!!! I love intense situations.

Hello friends. I would like to suggest a new way to make money and maybe added talents. So I've bounce this around a lot of people and they seem to like the idea so I'll post it here and see what everyone else thinks. Job Title; Tow Truck Service (Added Talent: Military Tow Service) Duty: Whenever someones vehicle blows up. Instead of it being a total lost. Some who is doing Tow Service will get a call much like a medic does when some is down. When the worker accept the job he/she goes to said location on map and fixes the vehicle for ~50% of the cost to 25% of the cost. Could even have a menu like giving a ticket where one can negotiate terms of service. With added Military talent you can fix heli's and 50 Cal's. I don't' know about you but I would gladly pay 25%-50% the value of my Heli to have it fixed. Or during combat have my 50 cal fixed. Would save money and be a good source of income for people Feel free to add/edit the idea to fit the community. Much <3 Canna

RP is everything for (most) cops. You'll get a few robocops that just want the $, however I'm known for my improv and have gotten out of 100+k bounties by just going on 5-10 min rants. Get detailed.. If the cops REALLY needs details I like to start with "the morning" like, "So it started this morning...woke up to the smell of flap jack and bacon, so I woke up. Did 200 squats, boxed a bear. and caught an eagle before eating my flap jack, bacon breakfast because I'm a man!!" or some dumbass rant like that to start the pace...write down your charges so while your telling your story you can include detail related to your crime.

Understand. Well we've been doing fed/bank daily for a few weeks and in the current week we've been doing cartels. We know we have improvements to make which is why I asked for help. We want to get better to help/fight and be more then just Kavala pistol bangers. We constantly have talks about moving out of kavala. However, for me. I enjoy kavala. I enjoy all the new people and stupid drama that happens there. I have fun there. I've tried other towns. I've tried being sociable in other area's on the map just to get shitted on. Yes we do fuck with people, but we help people as much as we fuck with people. There is always a new face helping us I read a thread about a server were gangs can "Train" to get better. When I show interest I get shitted on. Please. Judge me for me and how I talk out side of game, and not a dumb game persona that I use or

Maybe we can set up a date and do some gang on gang practice fed/bank and switch from cops/rebel, maybe just fuck around and what not. I'm a humble individual and we def got holes in our game and I'm not shy about it. Maybe we could get on the server do the rounds and maybe tell us what were doing wrong. I don't know if this is crazy talk cuz of all the tough guy talk on side chat lol but game/gang/RP aside. I enjoy everyone on the server all the idiocracy and thug shit is ggz. However rp aside. I suck for the most part and would like to get better, and after a couple events in the last couple weeks our gang know we need some work too. Could be fun. In any case.
