Server 6 FPS

I can't get above 15 fps on the new modded server,

anybody have any idea as how to get better fps?

Try adding -nologs to your arma 3 startup parameters. I haven't tested it, but it should help according to paratus.

There is thought to be a memory leak that is locking people at 5-10 FPS and the only way to fix this is by restarting the game. If this is not what you believe to be happening, read below.

Don't you have an AMD processor? That's part of the issue.

There are tons of guides on YouTube that work quite well. Mess about with the startup parameters in the launcher, make the game use 4 cores if possible and more RAM/VRAM too, if possible.

If you feel that doesnt work and don't care much about graphic fidelity, try lowering some graphics settings to low or standard. Remove shadows, turn down antialising, etc. With ARMA one fix for FPS is typically not universal for everyone - you must experiment.

If all else fails just move out of the cities and live in the forests

The map has a lot of textures that need to be loaded especially in main cities if your CPU/GPU cant keep up then you are going to have a bad time.

i know not the best specs, but i can play lakeside with 30 fps, and altis with 45+

That is definitely why then. Try unparking your cores.

The -nologs seemed to improve my FPS in the city from about 10FPS to about 20FPS.

how to get good fps, play in windowed mode, for me it boost my fps from 20 to 25-30 ish, 2nd off do not have background things on like skype or other high process items that will take valuable cpu usage. 3rd off dont have a shit computer but server 6 will make any computer shit.

AMD life 

I have a FX8320 at 4.5ghz. Runs Altis fine, but on Aussie Life i'll be lucky to get 30fps in a open field with no trees around me.
