Restraints

Restraints DO NOT extend initiation.

This means that if your group/gang member has been restrained, and it has been over 5 minutes since last initiation, you will need to re-initiate before killing the players holding them.

I do think that rule needs to be explicitly said in the actual server rules because currently it doesn't say anything about restraints and it confuses a lot of people.

Though I dont think a dev can do that. Probably go make this suggestion to an Admin.

Naaah if you got my homie in restraints for however long, that is committing a hostile act against my gang. You're getting blasted if I find you with my guy tied up.
