720p 30 fps converter?

What is the easiest and FASTEST way to convert a video file i have from 1080p 60fps to 720p 30fps? I want to be able to keep both versions.

Handbrake. No questions asked when it comes to a simple and fast converter. 

Nice program for you guys who want to reduce file sizes before uploading as well without losing much quality

If your file isn't too large, you may be able to use an online converter. For less quality loss, I would say an editing software (Vegas pro, for example) but that would take more time. See if you can find a program online.

Handbrake worked perfectly

7 minute 1920x1080p 60fps >--render--> 5 minute 1280x720p 30fps   -----  in under 2 minutes

Uploaded to youtube in 1 minute with 10mbps/upload

I would say Sony Vegas just because that's my go to program for anything video related.

Try something like AppGeeker video converter. http://www.appgeeker.com

I have using it for years, works well on my computer.

You just adjust the resolution value from 1080p to 720p and frame rate from 60fps to 30fps in its settings window, leave other things as it is.

Adobe Media Encoder is far and away the best option. Very intuitive, offers a great deal of control, or quick presets for things like youtube etc. Highly recommend it.

I found another one similar to AppGeeker, it is called FoneDog Video Converter - https://www.fonedog.com/video-converter/
In terms of the conversion speed I personally think FoneDog's faster😜
