Kinda sucks that the servers go down about 300 times a day and they are like nah son, here's half comp.

It's a pretty flawed system if you think about it. If the server crashes and you're flying your orca and lose it, they'll happily grant you full compensation. But who's to say the pilot of the orca isn't going to crash? So there's no guarantee the person would actually keep the orca if the servers doesn't go down. 

Yet they grant half comp for losing a run of Meth for example. If you think about it, there's just a high chance you'll crash your helicopter as there is you'll get robbed when doing your meth run.

Not much about any of the policies make sense. I'm more eager to see how they plan to make these same policies work for Identity than the actual game itself, because if it's the same..well...yeah.
