2 gang decided to attack Pyrgos HQ and it was only 4 of us (constable) So we decided to go with lethal. Here is one of the shot I pulled.

I dont see any point of him lethal you (plus he had backup) but friend Panda he was unreachable so that doesn't count . The only time I ask permission for lethal/vote when opponent team is out number like 2 cops vs 5 rebel .

If you go to 2:30 on the video, then go down to the bottom of youtube you can click 'Share' and then select start at *time* so when you paste the video it will start at whatever time you are at. 

Also, Find a medic offroad to refuel your vehicle. Much cheaper
