I think that as Asylum always tries to find new money sinks this suggestion would add to it as it requires a very large amount of money as well as a lot of 
resources. To do this it would allow the following:

Players to purchase only 1 ATM Building between all 5 servers. This building would cost between 800-950k. This would consist of 3-5 crates as well as a specialization room. This would function as a gang house as anyone in your gang could spawn in it, but also use it to make money instead of just a spawn location. This building would also have 1 NPC in it, but with 3 different functions depending on the specialization you choose. The building would also be upgradable depending on the level your  specialization you have. I would think it would look like first floor empty besides the office which would be the gang leader/CEO with one chest inside that you place  the items for upgrades in and some cosmetics like a lobby, second floor 1-2 chests as well as more cosmetics lower end equipment bases off your specialization (level 1) 2nd floor, (level 2) 3rd floor, (level 3) top floor and possibly the roof. The CEO would be able to put the gang name or company name on a plaque by the door outside for free the first time than a charge of 5k every time after that. As well as the ability to decide to put the NPC on the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th floor with a charge of 25k  each time you change the floor.

The three specializations would be hacking, production, and intel, but only able to have one. If you wished to switch from one to the other you would have to destroy  the one currently have and receive no money back. 

Hacking would allow you to manipulate the prices on certain objects for an amount of time per restart.(level 1) 2% price increase per item, (level 2) 5% price increase per item, (level 3) 10% price increase per item. This would only happen once 1 restart for 20-30minutes. The cosmetics for the first level upgrade could be 2-3 laptops with tables and chairs, level 2 would be 4-6, and level 3 would be 7-10 computers (like a call center). To activate the ability it would be a 30k fee once this is activated the police would get a notification when 10-15 minutes are left giving them a 5km circle like fugitives, but this would only appear if the police are within  the 5km circle. Since your business specializes in hacking and deception if a member is within 1km of the building when the police get the notification of market manipulation the member could go back to the business and spend 15k that would scramble the signal that would move the circle and make it larger,but still have your actually location still inside.

Production would allow you to produce for a cheaper price.(level 1) Cartel cuts are gone,(level 2) 1 extra item per inventory full,(level 3) 2 extra items per inventory full. The cosmetics could be first level could be old machinery, second level newer or more production equipment, third level would be top of the line. I would think this would like plain as you could not place much of the equipment in the atm building so possibly make it look industrialized on the inside (pipes and cables) all over the place. For production, you would be able to purchase only 1 type of processor for an extreme amount of money. (weed 500k, cocaine 700k, heroin 850k, meth 950k) .The buying of the processor inside your business would be for example level 1 production cartel cut gone, level 2 extra 1 meth from an inventory, level 3 extra 2 meth. Now people would say this gives you protection and this is unfair to the police as they only have to risk going to the dealer and the actual field. I think thatonce you start production if a cop enters a certain radius of your business (weed 2km, cocaine 3.5km, heroin 5km, meth 6.5km). Once the business is processing the drug any cops in the radius just stated would get a message stating production of illegal "drug name" is starting. This would give the police a fugitive circle, but the distance stated above. To prevent any cop just from remembering the building the police would have to have a lt+ as it would be a building raid. This notification/ring would only show up while the business is processing the drug and 5min after they are completely done. This would allow the police a decent amount of time to find the location and the people producing not worrying about the police trying to find the business for an hour.

Intel would give you a headstart/more time of the current drops going to happen.(level 1) 1-2 minute headstart of the notification, (level 2) the terrain of the drop,  (level 3) 1-1:30 minute head start on the drops actually location. Once again the cosmetics would be first level several small antennas on the roof, level 2 a mix of small and medium antennas, level 3 one large and several small and medium antennas. Intel seems somewhat bland and missing content compared to the other 2 but this path would not allow the police of your building or what you are doing. I would like to think that this path is more for the type of people that prefer combat and the way of making money is by going to all 3 types of drops and selling the unique items on the market for a large sum of money as they are not very common and this is the only way to obtain them.

These upgrades would, of course, require materials that you can get from the island by crafting or buying and also these unique drop items. Once you start an upgrade 0-1 1 hour irl time, 1-2 2 hour irl time, 2-3 3 hour irl. This would prevent people from duping the unique items and trying to make a large sum of money off of businesses or switching from one to the other with a stockpile of resources just to fight then go back to money making. I think this would promote you think of the big picture which path would be proper for you as it is a pretty big investment.

What I had in mind for the upgrades would go. 

Hacking: (level 1) 2 military grade laptops, 75 iron ingots, 50 wood/planks, 30k. (level 2) 5 military grade laptops. 120 iron ingots, 100 wood/planks. 50k. (level 3) 10 military grade laptops, 250 iron ingots, 200 wood/planks, 100k. 

Production: (level 1) 3 machine parts, 5 rubber, 50 iron ingots, 15k.(level 2) 6 machine parts, 15 rubber, 100 iron ingots, 35k. (level 3) 11 machine parts, 30 rubber, 200 iron ingots, 50k.

Intel: (level 1) 2 communication components, 2 flawless diamonds, 100 iron ingots, 10k. (level 2) 4 communication components, 5 flawless diamonds, 200 iron ingots, 25k. (level 3) 7 communication components, 10 flawless diamonds, 300 iron ingots, 50k.

I think these prices and resources are pretty reasonable as some require money per interaction and other require a large sum of money before you can start even going that path, with these values you would still have to gather some of the resources while also having to fight or buy the unique parts.

You would get these unique parts from 3 different types special drops.

The special drops would happen between 1 and 2 times a restart depending on the player count to prevent people playing on dead servers or low pop times to get an advantage as these drops would promote gang fights. A server wide message would appear stating "A military-grade airdrop"(hacker), "A reconnaissance helicopter/plane has crashed"(intel),"A decommissioned military grade factory coordinates have been leaked"(production) of these 3 messages the players could then tell if they would go or not depending on what they are focusing on. The players could also go to these and sell the items on the market if they have no need for them. Once the message is stated it would be approximately 3-5 minutes until the location is revealed on the map.  Depending on the drop would determine the situation for the combat as a production drop would be at a large factory like (north of Atheria), Intel drop would be a crashed plane or helicopter and the natural terrain around you no fortifications, and finally Hacker drops could be in an abandoned military base that the first people there would have the advantage of defending against attackers who show up late. 

People might say that this is unfair if you have intel specialization as you could grab the items before anyone shows up which would not be the case as once the drop appears it would have to be there for 4-5 minutes as you are (stealing or unlocking the crates with the materials inside). Instead of one person doing this and they die causing it to start over it would just have to be as long as one 1 person in your group/gang is in the area for the designated time before you can take the items.This would prevent snatch and grabs and also people trying to protect one player. This method would allow everyone to play how they feel and the only way not being able to get the items if they get wiped. Depending on the type of drop would also depend on how you escape/leave as the military computers or communication equipment would not be that heavy allowing you leave in a helicopter as the production equipment would be pretty heavy requiring you use a box truck, flatbed, hemmit, zammak, and ifrit as these vehicles would realistically carry more weight.

ok ryno im sorry man but i have to comment. IDK if you know what the "money cap" means but he's referring to the limit on your bank account where you cannot have more than 1,000,000.00 in  your account. You could technically create a gang account for personal use in which you could have a total of 3,000,000.00 in combined accounts.

Lol, being here for a while you should know then that there is a money cap anyone from pre-6.0 knows what it was like so I'm sure you weren't here for when there was not a money cap. I wasn't too fond of it at first but I actually think it was needed to give the smaller guys a chance. Whether group cap killed off the remaining of larger gangs is up for debate
