gramps
I've been selling some of my houses lately and I'm kind of tired of going to buy new crates every time I buy a new one. Can the value of the crates be reimbursed and added to the selling price when you sell it to the bank? (With a slight depreciation of course, same as house? is that like 75-80%?) OR even better yet, allow you to pick a crate back up and transfer to the new house to re-place it there instead of just destroying it? Realistically, if you add stuff to your house via home improvement, it should raise the value of your house, no? Cobra and Monster like this Link to comment
speed
Most people would not consider a couple of small boxes with Arabic writing beneficial to a house's value I don't think selling the crate with the house will happen, but I'll add the ability to pick them up sometime soon. Honestly, I'm not sure why the "destroy crate" option doesn't do that already ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ gramps likes this Link to comment

Monkeysz
We should be allowed to pick them up at least Link to comment
