when you call do they see ur location?

hey people always call me cuz im a savage beast lurker fiend is it cuz they want 2  see my location it used to be we see theirs but thats currently false

Actually if you call a cop, that cop can see the location of where you called from but only while the call is active, if I remember correctly.  (Unless that was changed recently.)  

Not sure about dispatch.  Never gave dispatch a real try.

When you call another player, it no longer shows the location of each other, however if you call dispatch, then it displays your location.(I think)

It does red dot with "911 Call <name>"
