PC help

I've tried almost every way possible to fix this fps problem. Ever since i got a new monitor my frames have decreased majorly. I used to be able to play arma 3 and record on high settings with 40 fps still as you can see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKjxkcl7ywc < in that yt vid. But now i have all low settings, running on high priority and get 25 fps with everything absolute low in windowed mode. My game now looks something like this  any help?

get a new CPU, arma 3 is very CPU dependant and so it requires alot of processing power or get a new GPU depending on the type you have, steer away from amd because amd is shit, aim for 4 GHz processor and you will have upwards of 80 fps with ease

what was your resolution before the new monitor and afteR?

 

try going to badck to the old resolution on the new monitor,

if you went from 1600x900, to 1920x1080 (which is HD) it will cause more strain on your components

i have an i7-4770k

whats resolution? on my pc there is 2 hdmi slots and one plugs it into the default gfx card which runs like shit and one plugs into my amd radeon R9 200 which works perfectly

CPU or SDD upgrades fix most arma problems, SDD being the cheaper and often more effecient solution
