Clean up Memory Lag when using scrollwheel on terminals

@bamf Minor thing, but any chance we can clean up that script a bit, please? I get massive framerate drop when scroll wheeling on terminals. thanks fam

Not true. Paratus reverted those changes, and now we're back to the old laggy scroll wheel.

How about move scroll wheel options back to its original state, accessed via a key (right windows), most servers still do this, and it causes no lag. Also doesn't make your scroll wheel look clustered, especially when playing cop.

But I can imagine it will take a long time to revert back to it

   I like scroll wheel but also think a few options could be moved to a "windows key" UI system (options that people would likely do when stationary). Was brought up long ago and like many things it sits in a pile of great ideas to be implemented too late if at all.
