It's literally the one directly behind the Square ATM its sooooo close to square.. but its in a good spot where you can drive the back hospital road and get to it with stuff without getting seen by everyone in square. Yeah, definitely if you find the right person some people would pay a lot more. I'm pretty sure miss evo's house went for over a mil, and this isn't that far away but only a 70k. I was in gangs for a while with purple and were good friends but when he said he was selling his houses (hes qutting asylum) I shit myself and just yelled 1.5 mil right now!
