In the beginning I included them killing a bunch of civs and medics if you watch from very beginning. and if you listen you can hear another officer who cant move in because the fact that he is alone say, "Im watching them kill people" and they tell him to move in and he can't that's when the person made the spray and pray joke that was later mentioned   Basically these guys had lead me into a trap like 3 times and were all trolling I knew better then to give them another chance and did you see how many of them were around. Also after this I immediately went around and made sure everyone was wanted and they all were so i made sure no innocent civilians were restrained. I gotta give credit to @mast he's hilarious I didn't realize that was him.
