Well maybe they can add something in the water that actually gives people an incentive to go into the water? Mostly revolving around Ship Sinking and everyone gets a notice and the 1st one there gets tons of jewelry. But you can play with that.. An Arms Ship sinks with tons of weapons. A ship full of drugs etc etc.. It would def make people go out there more often and have under water fights.. Link to comment
