     This shed has a shooting distance of 450m-500m from the shed to Kavala Police HQ! It has been tested and guaranteed to drop a cop without any hassle. Just grab any good 7.62 rifle, aim, and shoot! It's simple as that! This shed does come with other PRO's to the ownership of it. Close to Wong's/weed/excavation/Kavala HQ

- 2 Large crate storage containers

- Quiet and far away from VDM'ing medics and pistol bangers in Kavala Square.

Con's:

Be a Kavala cop for a hour and you would know why wong’s hill behind the shed, and the shed itself is great to snipe cops. Plus super close to weed processor, excavation, Kavala HQ, and the only closest shed to Kavala that is for sale.

My offer started at 1.0 then 1.25, all ive seen is 350k, maybe you have pms but id assume youd be interested in my counter offers, i suppose you have no interest in my money when ive bought a shed for what 3.0 or 3.5m? @FoBi3s who can vouch for me, also fobies i owe you like 100k so pm me your availability
