Having to memorize the ticket prices for ramming vessels or littering was aids.actually back in the day when hotwings and I become constables you didn't have to do a ride along. simple online test and that was it.

there are some that still play along. A lot of the mood is set by how they are kidnapped. being kidnapped by someone taking advantage of a red zone (ie a PB) and shooting you in the back and then driving away with you will probably lead to less then cooperative.
a lot of people dont take the time to have fun with the victims. its straight to rebel.. taking your comms and gps, drop your stuff.. make up a story.. play a game.. do something..
best time i had kidnapped was when i was a fresh cadet and got kidnapped and asked questions about the apd guidelines for every question right they killed one of their own guys.. for every wrong i had to drop something of my choice.

With a little bit of "good" RP the 9mm ones are available. If you can find/kidnap a cop that still carries his Po7 around with the suppressor still on it.
as far a larger calibers suppressors they fall under the same reason the large caliber weapons are not on asylum they don't promote RP. vs snipe wars.
would be a fun event though. 2v2 in the jungle with ghille suits and suppressed 5.56.

honestly.. dont fly it. thats the only way it will be secure.
every time you take out a chopper or car you have a chance of losing it. it could get blown up or stolen or nothing could happen to it and you are able to keep it forever.
an alarm will just let you know someone is trying to steal it. and a tracker will tell you where it is after it has been stolen.

once you create the gang you need to softlog for anything to work.

the power of a governor to control such an event it a bit much i think especially since its just seems to be which gang leader has it this week. There was in the past an event that was put on usually in Kavala. it was stopped due to the lethal/bounty clear script not working right. but now that it is working perhaps it could come back.

yep.. welcome to the new arma. all the dmg goes to the main rotor first. lost an orca the same way. guy was shooting the bottom of my hull and next thing I knew I was falling out of the sky.
