Yeah B450 "MAX" versions are compatible with 3000 series out of the box, MSI is always good with allowing BIOS flashbacks without a cpu installed anyway so nothing to worry about. You might be able to pick up a 5700XT within your budget, seriously good card nearly matching a 2070 super.

I usually spend a lot of money fighting the prison due to how heavily rebel sided it is, however I still try to give people a chance to explain. That being said, wouldn't it be better to have an even playing ground, sandbag huts instead of H-barriers, deerstands on cop side of the bridge and remove the straight to jail option?

Why do you want to join us: Would like to do cartels/banks/feds on a regular occasion. I see ST all the time bringing out ifrits/50 cals and actually utilising content in Altis which is sadly something not a lot of gangs do now (because they dont want to lose there precious money). I've seen that you guys know how to have a laugh and play serious which is something I like.About you: I've previously been a part Boats and Hoes.

It all depends on the type of games he wants to play TBF, if he's happy finding optimal settings for games or just doesn't care that much about performance then a 970 - 1070ti should definitely do him for a couple years
