I think that people that join cop slots in which they are not whitelisted to use, should automatically be returned to the lobby.
Occasionally when you are on cop you have that annoying squeaker who starts screaming in group channel and you have to tell him to return to the lobby. If they don't want to and want to troll, there isn't a lot you can do about it except report them to an admin. Adding this feature would make things a lot more convenient.

Innocent civilians who aren't part of a gang all ready have enough of a hard time time as it is making money without getting robbed and shot up every 2 seconds.
I don't think allowing them to have anymore of a hard time via getting robbed would be helpful.

A suggestion that I have had for a while now would be the ability to view the amount of prestige that you have on MyAsylum. I find it very useful being able to see how much money I have but unfortunately at the moment you cannot see how much prestige you have. If you could get this added that would be great.
