Crates used to remain in houses after being sold.
Some individuals like to waste their money on lottery, Other individuals like to waste money on buying houses.
It was never intended to work this way, So it got removed after a long time.
But what if we make it intented. Add it back with a few changes if needed
Some changes can be:
- Random chance that crates will remain for instance 50/50
- Some items get lost in the transfer of ownership
- A house with 2 crates, Loses one crate with items ( 50/50 chance?)
This are just some things that can be added to make it work. It would always be the best if nothing gets changed

A hard reset (server restart) most of the time fixes the crate issues

- But maybey add a chance of failure when defibing for civs, cops, unwhitelisted medics. since they are unskilled
For instance:
Civs/APD : 30/40% chance of failure
APD medic : 15/20% chance of failure
Un-whitelisted medic : 15/20 chance of failure
Whitelisted medic : 0% chance of failure
(If added a whitelisted lower rank in medic then : 10% chance of failure)
Civs/APD failure : You have a 1 min cooldown/Normal revive cooldown. Unsure which would be better (Doesn't count for apd medic)
Un-whitelisted medic : 20 sec cooldown
Whitelisted : No cooldown
The numbers can be changed,

Why does it sound like this is a real suggestion.
The server will never get back up if they add this, Running constant checks of swear words and shit,
Add something like if they swear for 3 times they get perm banned, Atleast then the servers will be playable.
The fix for our amazing running servers

Use the hyper X aswel its great, The mic quality isn't bad. But if u wanna do something like commentary's then there might be a better option
