Well I had a case today of a civilian losing his bounty because he placed the individual to close to the sign and the guy in custody was able to pay off his bounty while in bounty hunter restraints. The system is so flawed in many ways and needs some attention. As for your issue, there isn't really much that can be done to prevent that, it was just an unlucky situation for you as the other bounty hunter was their to snatch your bounty. It happens all of the time, the system does need to be fixed in a few aspects. When ever those changes come to fruition, who knows...

Honestly if the governor can change the times, then the push for gangs to get one of their members as governor will increase exponentially. Prison is a way for cops to go back to normal patrols, giving them the 30-45 minute breather of not having to deal with high bounties wrecking havoc amongst the civilians.

Okay here is the rundown, the release will be sometime this week. It has been hinted heavily by the Admins and Community Managers, so just be patient. For now, look on Steam and take a peak at all the awesome mods that the server might include. Hell, if it becomes a Precinct server, you know where I'll be...

Upgrade the power supply, its better to have more room for improvement. I believe my build has 1000w power supply and I'm only pulling about 700w. 8GB of RAM is low, I have that and I'm ready to upgrade to 16GB. Also, how familiar are you with overclocking, the K series of Intel is the overclocking version, so if you don't think your ready for that, go one tier lower. Other then that, it looks all good

Hey Pantry, I remember you. You were tons of fun to hang out with, to bad you went postal while playing cop. Also, didn't you shoot cops and civilians? I know Lincoln Williams killed primarily civilians and then I also recall you taking it a step further. Either way, welcome back, that Lieutenant spot is calling your name once more

They'll never be removed, they have to much money and they'll continually buy new accounts over and over again. It's one thing to role play not knowing english, but when you can hardly speak a bloody ducking word, get out and go somewhere else. This should honestly be a new rule, I'm sick and tired of them doing the one liners and blowing your brains out.

Yeah you won't need to download mods in the future anyway, the recent ArmA 3 patch introduce downloaded Steam mods within the game.

Looks rather cool but it doesn't look good. Delete your MPMission file, it's somewhere within the steam>steamapps>common>arms. The issue could be the server didn't download all the textures properly

Also, I would have came up behind while you were taking with Face when he was outside talking with you. You left your right flank completely exposed, I would have had you in restraints and in jail so fast! That was good though, Face should know better not to charge someone twice, but I don't know how it would work in an RP situation. I also would have placed a spike strip at the gate and your ass would be shot to shit

Does Asylum run off its own Framework or the default one?
If its on Tonics, to my understanding you are not allowed to use it on non official Arma maps as it goes against the terms and conditions, I had some friends run into this issue a while ago. Would this be a issue for us? I'm guessing you boys know your way around it.
Altis-Life RPG Framework is only allowed to be used with the Arma 3 vanilla maps with no extensions or mods (with the exception of server sided mods, and direct permission from author).
All edits made inside the framework is fine as long as it stays in the vanilla maps that Bohemia Interactive has released, past, present and future.
I would assume Asylum runs of it's own framework because in the Multiplayer server tab, Asylum has their own gamemode, listed as Asylum Altis Life. So it's possible that they might run off of Altis-Life Framework, but I doubt it heavily.

It really is an issue... I think the only reason that these individuals are around is because they have donated heavily to Asylum Entertainment. They constantly RDM people with no initiation whatsoever. Saying, "Hey, hey, hey" isn't RP initiation, and I've seen it done countless of times. I'm sure they've been heavily reported but it seems like nothing has come to fruition. I'm fine with not speaking English, but when I'm on cop and attempt any form of communication, I expect something back. I've been translating from English to Chinese many times. I almost wish it was a rule for them to make the same communication attempt.
