The vermin is indeed a bounty hunter weapon, but it is also still an illegal firearm. If you have a vermin with lethal mags, you will not be sent straight to jail. If you were using downing rounds then yes you would, and the other time you would be sent straight to jail using lethal rounds is only if you have a bounty hunter license at that time.

Being a donator also helps if the house is 70k or higher, you can purchase crates to place, which will allow all gang members access to spawn at the gang house and use the crates. Rank 1 - Pretty much the leader of gang, Can Add/Withdraw Cash from gang bank, can also recruit and demote members. Rank 2 - Pretty second in command, Can Add/Withdraw Cash from gang bank, can also recruit and demote members under his rank only. Ranks 3 and 4 - Can only add money to gang account but can't withdraw.
