    MK14 has better penetration than mk1, but has more recoil than the mk1, second of all I've been trying out the RCO and its surprisingly good

    One simple addition could be, in the house menu, have it say who owns the house. Maybe if you are trying to buy that certain house you can message the person to ask them if you can buy it.
