Haven't played in a while, but here's where I'm at.

Use these ingame settings to help reduce the graininess of the grass. Which is one of the big reasons that your videos will come out pixelated. http://imgur.com/a/sNkWH The main settings that will help the most is what I have set in the Antialiasing part of the AA & PP tab. And then these are the render settings for Sony vegas if you want 1440p. http://imgur.com/a/ZgB8P These are the settings both myself and Jay/Troublesome are using.

Cartels are an activity intended for big gangs. If you are a lone wolf, or in a gang with only 2-3 other people, then you're probably never going to find yourself in possession of a cartel for longer than an hour. And that's the way it should be. If you want cartels, then join a decent sized gang and fight for them.

800 DPI, and if your ingame sensitivity is on default (Perfectly in the middle), click the arrow to the left 2 times. Thats where my ingame sens is.

Ya, it's pretty stupid, but at least they fixed it so you can't bug it out where you're constantly tildeing anymore. Only works for 5 seconds now after its pressed
