** BREAKING NEWS ** Altis is experiencing historical drought records leaving the island and its inhabitants with almost no available fresh water. An emergency Desalination plant has been proposed to alleviate the fresh water demand by being able to harvest ocean water and removing its salinity. How will this work? See below. Repurpose the LSD factory as the Desalination Plant (Green Zone) . Harvesters will be required to utilize one of the three fuel trucks available (Truck, Zamak, HEMMT). They will proceed to the the designated harvesting areas where they can gather water with the truck at a medium speed process. Harvesters will then have to drive to the plant where they can purify the water and sell it to the market for a fair price. Along with any new addition there will be those individuals looking to take a short cut to gain faster income, if the harvester decides to purify their water with their truck instead (i.e. Crank/Moonshine) there will be visible steam emitting from the truck (Red zone Rules Appy). 1 saltwater = 2-3 inventory slots 1 Deasalinized Water = 1-2 inventory slots 1 Illegally Processed Saltwater = 2-3 inventory slots (must be sold at wongs) This is just a rough draft, not too good with numbers so if someone could work the prices that'd be great. This is a good method for making money for newer players as well as adding a new way to make money for experienced players.

The real estate market is always active in this community therefore I have a couple ideas that may improve both the communication and convenience of trying buy and sell houses. One of the main issues involved in trying to purchase houses is trying to identify the owner. Another issue is prime real estate in hot areas being taken up and hard to obtain. Below I have listed a couple of remedies for these issues. Implement a system to allow players to place an offer on house regardless if it is listed or not. When the owner logs in they'll receive a notification that an offer has been placed and if they accept it, the house will be sold to the buyer. To prevent abuse/troll offers, the money will be automatically subtracted from buyer's account as soon as offer is placed. An offer fee should be added, anywhere 5-10% fee, regardless if a sale is made or not. There are some broken down stone 1c-3c within illegal areas and other heavily trafficked locations. Can these broken downs be replaced with the normal stone 1c-3c models and have the ability to be purchased? This would increase the chances of someone being able to own a house within these desired areas as well as bring additional activity and player engagement in these places.

With the recent change of power I believe this topic deserves another chance. The VR ENTITY SUIT is a great cosmetic item that could be added and improve morale throughout the player base. I'm not asking for all of the color variations at once. Maybe just add the green version for the time being and see how it pans out? Could put it behind a crate key or make them relatively expensive at rebel... or crafted-only using processed uranium and some other resources...
