its all a risk, I usually always record the whole thing and take screen shots of the house when my map is open just in case it gets bugged. I haven't seen a deal go wrong though. Also, I think they fixed where the owner can sell the house with his price than you go up to it and buy it, funds go to his bank acct. Im not 100% its working though -
