There's countless reasons to why gangs disband. Gang leaders usually give up because they aren't prepared to lead or they just expect the gang to immediately blow up and have complete control of Asylum within its first weeks. I've seen and have been in countless small gangs that start up and disappear days afterwards. Lack of gang activities and boredom are also pretty common reasons to why gangs disband.

It's rare to find 800-900k in the bank. The most I've ever seen was 200k.
