I think its the combination of the hair and the overall smaller size of the model that makes the head look oversized.

Nah, this picture was taken at a large technology convention in Amsterdam, called Unite Europe. Still doesn't mean it's confirmed for Apex, but that model is better than any female model ive seen in ArmA thus far. You can tell it's a new model because of the way it is. Notice the details. Female model mods in ArmA are still based off the male one, meaning same height, same hitbox/profile, same waist, flat chest, etc etc... This model has a clearly smaller waist, looks a little shorter and has a somewhat smaller profile. Oh, and the hair.
