your ranking system doesn't really work with "EMS". Replace Assistant with EMT. (basic, abilities, normal revive and blood bag times, access to offroad and suv) Replace Nurse with Paramedic. (quicker revive and blood bags, access to offroad, suv and hatch sport) Replace doctor with Flight Medic. (fastest revive and blood bag, unlimited blood bags, access to heli) the highest ranking could be the Field Surgeon or Medical Director. (same as flight medic, maybe give them special siren and access to medical hellcat) Although I don't really know why any of this would be relevant unless civs couldn't revive and cops didn't have combat medic slot. edit: Whitelisting may never happen but if it were, some things that could make EMS more rewarding and worth whitelisting. 1. prestige system similar to bounty hunters honor points 2. prestige talent for better payout from revive(maybe $1,600 total, only 800 would be withdrawn from the revived players bank) 3. prestige talent for access to medical backpack allowing them slightly quicker revives and blood bags 4. prestige talent for getting paid for blood bagging people who are hurt at least a certain amount (60 health or lower?) maybe $500 or so. just a couple of ideas i had.

If this were to be a thing it should only be available to "dirty bounty hunters" so make it a prestige talent in the predator line. Law abiding bounty hunters who consider themselves crusaders wouldn't except a bribe. just saying.
