    I can understand your frustration with the gear that you are provided. However, the reason things are set this way is so that new players, AKA the the people picking coke at the coke field, are not rolled up on by 17 constables with mk 1's and ifrits every 20 mins. As APD, we are inherently supposed to be at a disadvantage. Yes I understand that 6.5 does not pen the glass on ifrits, but that's why we have other tools like spikes. We have to play smarter. We have options like Swat to bridge the gap at fed events. A lot of constables have had the same thoughts as you when it comes to Constable load outs but this is the way its been since the beginning. We play cop for the challenge. There is a reason every fed event (aside from evidence) that the rebels are on the defensive with better weapons and armor. We have to play smarter to win. We also have the option to go back to that fed event as much as we want with a free spar loadout. So I say again, I get your frustration but put in some effort and accept the challenge. Prove yourself, do things like taking cadets, applying for corporal, getting swat, getting mock cirt. I promise it will pay off and is worth the challenge. Prove not only to those around you, but yourself that you do not need better equipment to win. In the end I promise you will have more fun doing that.
