If we shoot it is because you ran, again being in donor does not grant you a free pass. The only thing making you spawn in donor is the drone mentality to get back to a cartel asap, if you spawn donor it is because you chose to not the cops.

As if rebels never sit at cop spawns

I'm sorry to inform you that you don't always get to be the one that decides when you get to interact with the police force, they govern the island on which you inhabit which makes you liable to being caught and imprisoned for any crimes you commit.

Sad when the majority of Rebels caught are salty and don't wish to engage in role-play but those who are usually are the best at it.

If that's the case why the big fuss over not wanting a HQ in Donor?

Maybe don't be the lazy drones rebels always are following the same flow chart of Die > Spawn Donor > Rebel > Back to cartels and be a bit more creative in how you go about getting back into the fight.

The whole point of a police enforcement officer is to stop criminals and bring them to justice, why should being a rebel in donor grant you a free pass?
