    I personally don't see why you can't control turf and fort if you are good enough to win those fights though. But number 2 is my compromise suggestion.

    1. Make it so you can have one turf and gang fort 2. Or make it so you can capture the fort when you own turfs and then be unable to recapture them for the duration of you owning it
