I think we all could use training on the new Mental Asylum. Not sure if the training server even has the Mental Asylum assets yet, but i think it would be wise for us to learn more on how to engage the Asylum

Glad I never bought the Alpha. Always knew the project was way too big for the old Asylum team to handle. To make Identity even remotely possible they would have need extreme financial support and some of the best devs alive. Personally, I think Bohemia Interactive would have been a nice studio to help support the project or all together take over Identity with Asylum more in a consultant role. Rockstar would also be someone that might have been someone able to create something similar, but I think Bohemia would be more suited to take the job. For some reason I never liked Rockstar’s simplistic design, Bohemia is good at making thing complex, easy, realistic and with a more open “sandbox”.
Even then it would be a difficult million-dollar project.
Old Asylum crews thoughts where good and I don’t doubt their sincerity, but the project was always way too much for them to handle.

Make Kavala a militarized zone. As we know, cops never go to Kavala unless they feel suicidal. Would be fun if we made Kavala into like a militarized zone where cops have the ability to wear heavy combat gear and mk1's. Would be fun to exterminate some rats in their hometown. To compansate for that, maybe rebels could have the option to RDM cops inside of the city limits

To add, I'm sure many cops care about the payout. It's not about that (at least not for me)
Personally I don't give a damn about the money. But I'm sick and tired of some gangs constantly spamming federal events without consequences.
I'm the kind of cop that wants to chill in Sofia, talk to people and patrol around Altis. That's impossible when I know I'll have to respond to a federal event every fifth minute.
I don't mind federal events, they used to be fun. But when we constantly have to fight at some sort of event it takes the joy away from being a police officer. Instead of being police officers, most of us have become ai soldiers constantly fighting at some kind of event

One of the biggest mistakes made is removing the ability to be paid when killing bounties.
Before big bounties were afraid of being killed at a federal events. Now they don't care, they know they just need to fight long enough, be killed by cops and not lose anything.
Criminals losing their bounties when being killed by cops scared them away from federal events and made them think twice. Let's be real, right now killing high bounties doesn't matter. A small 20k gear doesn't mean jack shit to someone wanted for 500k.
Criminals not facing consequences when doing federal event is contributing to the constant spamming of them.
If cops were abusing the system, how about maybe reducing their payouts instead? I'm sorry to say, but the system we have today sucks ass.The APD has done well with this feature for the last 6 years. Personally i never really saw anyone abusing the system, we still had to be authorized by a higher up before changing to lethal bullets. Why it suddenly became a problem is beyond me

Prison should be raised back to minimum 60 minutes and the death penalty needs to be brought back. Makes people actually want to avoid prison, then we can bring back parole

Hello ladies and gentlemen of Altis! A new gang has emerged from the shadows of Asylum.
Our gangs main focus is POWER, we focus on gaining territory, turf and being in control.
Right now we need more manpower to push back on some of the difficulty we've been encountering.
Our base of operations is in Kavala, this is our capital.
A little about our gang:
Our gang was founded by me (Jax teller) in September of this year, the gang started out with 2 other members. Yesterday i made the decision to start growing the gang, so we can fight back the scum of the Island. As of right now we have 5 members, but im confident we will grow and gain some major power.
Me myself have been on the Island since 2014, i have been in a couple of gang but it never really worked out. I have also owned two gangs in the past and been a member of the Asylum Police Departament

Well it depends. Herion is good but very dangerous. If you are alone i would recomend weed or wreck exevating. I do heroin but i NEVER do it alone! I usually take a truck, 2 suv's and i drive in the middle one in the back and one in the front. That way we have manpower if something happens and the truck can flee the scene

I new gang has begun to spread! This is a brand new gang that is brand new and is still in development! But we will recruit almost anybody! Not because we are desperate but we wish to train new people to become taught the server and train you to be a excellent solider. Since we focus on training and building the gang from scratch we hold out in Kavala, we are setting foot in the "noob town". A other important thing is that this gang is freedom. We have humor! If a helli explodes we dont rage at the driver we simply laugh and say "Shit happens" we have humor and we actually have fun! We do not force you to always be around us or transfer some of your money to the gang. In our gang you are free! But! We look out for each other, if a member is under attack we come to the rescue as good as we can! This gangs foundation is that we look out for each other. We offer you protection but for this balance to work you need to protect your fellow member and they will do the same. If we are at a war we wish for your help! This gang is for everyone, noob, experienced soldiers and so one. As i said this gang is currently under development with very few members, you might find the teamspeak is often empty. But we are building up, looking for operators to take the wheel and recruiting and we will build up!. If you are interested send a appeal!
