When arma 3's price has dropped down to very low price on deals, it would be no wonder there would be so many cheaters and ban evaders.

I don't really know but from experience I'm guessing people were mass buying them and abusing them on cops and people, as you can see all the montages/compilations of people using suicide vest just to get a video out or to mess with people or disrupt them.

it's just windows defender scanning your pc, you can disable it but i wouldn't recommend it, because once you start downloading shady stuff your pc won't be protected.

you can always have a guy defend cartel from your gang, but hey i would not mind keeping the cartel for 40 mins so whatever admins choose it's a win win for me

What's stopping peeople from creating sub gangs/brother gangs/fully allied gangs, to fight together in group? Unless you want to limit how long gangs can be allied too?

Can? Must be replaced with the same type of motherboard, along with finding the compatible damaged parts, you already got over 150$ for the motherboard then replacements, you got a few bucks. Then whether he's gonna put it together or a repair service, and then finding all the other problems.
i recommended speccy for a reason, in-case it was just his pc overheating. But if it's not, it might not be worth fixing.

MRCO is the best scope in my opinion, unlike all the other scopes, is clear sight and simple to use, with a longer range and also good for close combat.

ik exactly how to fix this, lol had a similar problem. it is specifically when you see an enemy, which honestly sucks, turns out switching some settings and doing some small changes and stuff fixed it, including the big memory leaks stopped.

Anyways, I'd just wait for the RMA process and get the card back. If you don't want to wait, you could always get a shit card like a GT210 or a 5450 for like $30 to test it out and see if the problems still continue.
By the time your done, you would have spent 200$ on repairs and replacements, and end up with a pc in worst conditions.

Download Speccy, and check your pc temperature, see if it's a thermal paste issue or if something wrong with fans/power supply.
but honestly if you're having that much problems, then it sounds like u need new pc
otherwise, this is not the best place to look for help, you should try a tech site or something, they can offer tons of help.
