    Do you remember how poppin cartels were in the times of dirty money? I do. You know why? Increasing revenue independent of the server populations actions. Now a day, you can capture drug cartel at 8:30pm EST on a weekend with the server literally full and make absolutely no money off the cap. Literally. Why would I want to fight Plague in the middle of the day for no profit off cap, even though the server is full, when I can roach it off them at 3am and make insane profit while theres 30 people on?
    Make cartels generate revenue the same way they used to. Let them generate it independent of what the servers population is doing so that the caps are worth fighting for beyond being an insanely toxic ego fight. Im sick of people yelling at me for chopping their vehicles because I'm poor. Save these peoples ifrits, fix the cartels.

    Just chop them anyway, poor or not. Make them cry, it's funny. As if most people aren't disgustingly rich now anyway.

    For every regular player, game progression stagnates. The game is still fun, but there is no progression. One way many games (KOTH for example) fix this is by adding levels. Players gain XP and level up. Asylum doesn’t have this, but it has something that could be made just as good. The talent system has not been touched for a long time. Right now, talent points are completely obsolete. Almost every player, excepting those who have played very little, has max talent points. They occasionally adjust which talents they have to do different things, but the actual number of talent points doesn’t matter because it is always the same. Imagine if the number of talents and talent points were doubled or tripled, and XP was made more challenging to gain. This wouldn’t hurt anyone, and it would give everyone yet another aspect of the game to enjoy; some actual, straight progression. There are already many ideas for new talents. People have discussed adding a GPS and binoculars to the Night Eyes talent. I say adding two whole new talents for them, and making it a little tree.
    Here are some of my ideas for new talents:
    - Spawn with debit card (add debit card back to ATMs
    - Less likely to develop drug addictions / happens slower
    - 5 second shorter respawn delay
    - 5% chance to spawn with a rook when you spawn in a city (this would be the top of the Night Eyes talent tree I mentioned)
    - Hunters spawn with smoke shells
    - Your vehicles are harder to lockpick

    The MX can't be used to capture cartels, bounty hunter base is no longer a red zone and if it is being used to shoot at police or used wrongfully anyway, it will get taken away. It doesn't make sense as an illegal firearm.
    A bounty hunter should be able to use the MX to bounty hunt with no problems from police as long as they use it properly within the law. It being illegal kind of forces you to be hostile towards police officers a lot more often.
    If it will not be made legal, please tell me why. It was legal for years before and back then it was fine and could be used for cartels and such.

    One of the biggest mistakes made is removing the ability to be paid when killing bounties.
    Before big bounties were afraid of being killed at a federal events. Now they don't care, they know they just need to fight long enough, be killed by cops and not lose anything.
    Criminals losing their bounties when being killed by cops scared them away from federal events and made them think twice. Let's be real, right now killing high bounties doesn't matter. A small 20k gear doesn't mean jack shit to someone wanted for 500k.
    Criminals not facing consequences when doing federal event is contributing to the constant spamming of them.

    If cops were abusing the system, how about maybe reducing their payouts instead? I'm sorry to say, but the system we have today sucks ass.
    The APD has done well with this feature for the last 6 years. Personally i never really saw anyone abusing the system, we still had to be authorized by a higher up before changing to lethal bullets. Why it suddenly became a problem is beyond me

    Opening house doors should be SGT+ not just LT as LT are not on as much or near the active situation you trust these guys enough to give them the rank of SGT I don't see why they can't open up house that have people locked in spraying 7.62s though walls murdering cops and new players it's off putting for civs too "oh your one of the highest ranked officers but you're not allowed to do anything how fun"

    I have money and like to spend it on dumb garbage because I'm an idiot. Can we get some more uniforms, gear (cosmetics vests, helmets, etc), and police car skins? Maybe an APD specific crate?
     
    I'm an addict to loot crates, but there isn't enough cop stuff to buy them if you main cop. Gimme APD crate and I'll accidentally bankroll the server for a month.

    The evidence lock up should self reset just like the prison. The current prison system self resets after 60 seconds of succeeding. The evidence lock up needs to have the same type of system. Make the same coding but a little bit longer for the evidence. Make it that 3 minutes (180 seconds) after the hemmit leaves the blue lined shock area, the system slowly resets itself for like 120 seconds. It will take 60 seconds to reset the dome. Then the last 60 seconds will reset the defense system. Since other federal events can be started with the defense system down but the dome secured. That is five minutes that the cops can either fight outside evidence, process or patrol. 
    It gets annoying when you have three different civilian rebel groups fighting vs the cops together, and then vs one another. Then the civilians expect the cops to return to evidence to reset the dome and power after they have been wiped twice or more times. For most officer's safety they do not want to return to the area for several minutes due to the fact that people like to camp areas for kills.
