    as before we only had a level 3 vest. The risk vs reward wasn’t worth it. We have cheap load outs with 5k per death and 2k to pull a vehicle. But getting 1 tapped because of lack of armor made things difficult.


    Also this topic might’ve been better suited in the server suggestion topic. This topic is generally geared more to policy change suggestions. The APD as a whole tries to steer away from governing anything going on for SRT, yes there are policies for it but those are very limited.

    I understand that police have a disadvantage and hopefully it will be bridged as its a hit or miss when police play sometimes 0 ppl hop on sometimes its 8, but it should be made that police loadouts are cheap as chips because even if police try really hard uncapping flags it doesnt bring them any benefit apart from getting back a loadout, you dont get a share of the prize pool and should therefore be reworked imo, because police on other servers server a purpose of slowing down the domination and hindering the current winning team which allows for some breathing room and smaller gangs to try and come back because police are just slamming and targeting the current leading gang, because if your a small gang just trying to make some money most of the times they would be slammed by police as they are seen as easier to take instead of the top gang.

     

    and also mb for posting this in apd suggestions it does involve but as this conversation is discussed more its clear to see that its something that would have to talked with devs and management to be rehauled if it gets to that stage so if an admin could move it to the correct section ill give you a kiss

    Isnt that sort of the problem if cops uncap a not busy cap then what was the point? Cops just sort of hover about and try to pick easy fights so there needs to be incentive for them to slow down the dom and target people with more points imo.

    Suggestions: Increase the payout to be 2.5k (2kills breaks even for your kit)

    uncapping hotzone gets everyone in the APD 50k instead of 20k

    capturing the flag for the APD gets everyone 75k

    Bomb defuse for the APD gets everyone 75k

    Also decrease the time it takes to uncap a flag. It should be the same amount of time to cap it than uncap it

    I think cops need to be given money regardless for example if they play for 30 mins they get a base 100k anything else after like caps etc is extra. Because  realistically people are not short on money if they are playing domination, everyone i know has quite a bit and having special weapons or vehicles for cops to fight in would make it more fun apart from lets fight dom make a bit of money and thats it, over time it gets dull if nothing new to combat is added apart from money incentives. make it fun to fight

Recently I have started to notice on how cops behave on domination, the problem being lets say x gang is currently winning and holding one cap and 3 other caps being held by gangs that have lower points in total, most common case is for cops to just go slam whichever cap they feel comfortable with and therefore most of the times just letting the gang with highest points keep sitting on a cap for free unless rebels decide to slam, but when they do that cops will choose to go back cap the cap that the other gang has left. I find this frustrating and I dont not know if there is an agenda for cops to actively go for the gang with highest points to slow down the dom and make it more interesting, maybe they do not slam because they do not have to or do not find it fun/kd warriors do not want to ruin their kd by mindlessly slamming the same cap over and over, if im wrong please do give feedback.

    Maybe if we provided some sort of incentives like if cops hold a hard point/defuse/deliver the ctf they all get to have a special weapon for one life such as .50 mag or a ghosthawk, these are just suggestions and does not have to be what I say, but I definately think it would provide a bit more dynamic to the server as I feel cops just dont have any incentive to try hard and get no rewards for playing.
