Just a reminder to everyone that Overwatch is in open beta (requires battle.net) It's a pretty fun arcade style fps with different classes to play as. I'd say it's like TF2 with Firefall like classes.
If anyone wants to play you should totally message me.

Allow me to help you with this thread.
So I wanted to start off by saying, I think the development team(Paratus) has done a pretty great job with the variety of cartels in Asylum Life. They are diverse, interesting, and compelling. From Drug Cartel to Arms Dealer to the Oil Cartel the cartels reflect a large spectrum of diverse locations and strategic fortifications.
With that being said, lets talk about Wong's Triad. From a marketing standpoint, it's the star of the show. There is TONS of money there. When we look at where it is located in game we know a few things about it.
    Wong's Fast.
    Wong's Silly.
    Wong's gets shit done.
Wong's a good Friend he has great prices on illegal meats.
His body seems to be comprised of about 95% turtle spunk.
Almost all of his art reflects this. He's got a nice face:

Then out of seemingly no where we have a location such as this:

    http://www.armaholic.com/datas/users/tes3_4.jpg
WHAT? What about this area has anything to do with defending a cartel? It's not fun, its not silly, it has nothing to do with being a fast elite killer (Which Wong is). It just reduces Wong's Triad to bland cartel locationism
We aren't looking at a Arms Dealer location here, this isn't a location who is in part defined by flaunting it's great military tower. This location says to the player base, oh we've got all these cool diverse locations, but at any moment we are willing to reduce them to an open area with nothing to defend to help boost our investment game.
Getting cartels into a game like Asylum isn't a small task, it has to go through Paratus, a Paratus, an art Paratus, and a creative Paratus. This is a team effort. And I believe the team is responsible for upholding the great example Asylum life can set to the rest of the industry for creating actual good locations.
I have a young turtle I bought from Wong's that everyday when I wake up wants to watch the the boats sail out to the turtle poaching area. He knows what they are doing, and as he grows up, he can grow up alongside the rest of the players that defend Wong's Triad..
What I'm asking is that as you continue to add to the amount of cartels we have and investment elements, you double down on your commitment to actual defendable positions. You've been doing a good job so far, but creating an area like Wong's Triad undermines so much of the good you've already done.
