I like this, other than being able to see each other on map. Would make it a bit op if you were to fight them at a cartel. Maybe have green names for allies since warring is red?

Just what everyone wants, kavalians running around with eminent whilst still fishing and picking peaches. Money is being removed about as fast as the hacker is still putting it out.

When you own oil cartel you don't get the whole amount of rubber and it doesn't put the rest in the fridge, it simply vanishes. I just tested it. We owned oil cartel and I got back 2 rubber. (With talent) Some times even without cartel I have gotten 4 rubber.

Well explain why you feel that way. I understand that this topic will definitely rustle some jimmies but explain, improve on the idea. Here recently iv been seeing alot of people talk about how cartels are becoming boring, or not enough perks to even own a cartel, the purpose of this idea is to make cartels more interesting and give people more of a reason to have cartels. I personally like fighting, but I also like using the cartel perks.

Definitely positives and negatives to this idea. Positives mostly for gangs that take advantage of the perks for cartels. Negatives for the gangs that fight non-stop.

This was somewhat discussed in another topic but people already complain about no one fighting. If they were to only become available for cap every few times a restart, more people would fight because that would be the only time you can capture it, making it more useful, atleast to gangs that actually benifit from the perks of cartels like making guns or running drugs.

Iv been forced to come to turf with a full Sgt load out and an mx because I had no other weapons or 762 ammo. Rodopoli ain't no joke fam

ARCO on the trg is pretty good. In cqc you might have to aim down a little but I like it for med to close range combat.

There are a few outstanding cops that make RP interesting but the rest issue a ticket and send me to jail. I spent most of yesterday trying to get a bunch of cops in pursuit of my go kart only to be domed right off of it and pardoned but definitely some good cop encounters other than that lately.

Especially when you admit to having 10 mks in your truck.

Run in and scream at the cashier to give you all of the money in the register and sit like a knob in the corner of the store for 5 mins while they gather the money for you. Grab a snickers while you are at it, it can get quite boring until the cops roll up and down you.
