What if you don't have a smartphone like me and do not have any access to internet while your gone. Happens to me all the time on wildfires.

-1 It honestly would be a cool idea, but so much can go wrong with it for people. What happens if someone goes on vacation for a week and cannot pay it? What if someone like myself gets called out to a wildland fire for 3 weeks and cannot get on to pay it. It's gonna punish people like us because we actually have a life outside the game. Even if you make it a monthly payment, people will still not be able to get on that exact day monthly to pay it.

Then what's the point of a person sitting there restrained for up to 10 minutes waiting on a cop when they can just wait there time in jail for 10 minutes and be on there way? Unnecessary step that can still waste the time of the person in restraints. Also, say you say someone can get a reduced ticket, well what if they refuse the ticket? Then they have to sit another 10 inutes in jail, thus wasting time once again...

-1 Your just taking the idea of bounty hunter and shitting on it. Take them to the hq, then wait for a cop to process them? That just removes the term bounty hunter overall and you may as well just play cop. Also is a big waste of time for yourself, the bounty, and the cop.

Agreed. Clint was a great sgt and I looked up to him as a corporal and wanted to follow in his path as a sgt. Clint being in Synergy and a Sgt actually made the APD a better place. He had the best of both worlds and got to know everyone for who they were and experience a lot of shit rebels get.

In my opinion, most of the problems came when about 90% of these current sergeants got promoted because we "needed" sergeants. Most of the current sergeants were not even a corporal for a week and got promoted to sgt. This is when I noticed problems in the staff. I have personally gotten a lot of constables complain to me about these people, and most of the constables are right about them is the sad part. And like someone said earlier, they only got promoted to sgt because they applied at the right time, which you literally did apply for Sgt since we badly needed them they say. Which fuck the whole system until we was able to get back on a "chosen" base. I'm just glad to say I got promoted on the chosen base before all of the apply for Sgt crap came out and others got promoted simply because we needed sgts. LT's on the other hand, they are great people, ya some do make bad calls, but i do not judge it and just follow there orders. Lts are fun people to play with, so are other constables. At the moment, the promotion system is fucked up, I will personally say that, and other sgts agree with me. Past few days I have brought up the idea for a precinct based promotion system, which I believe will be a much better system, so you can play on the precinct you like, and only have to get to know the sgts and Lts there. Hope it goes through, but it's not looking to hot. I will also be the first sgt to admit, the promotion process has been about dick sucking. For my 5+ months of being a sgt, the old corporal system where sgts meet up once a month and talk was the best. Now, you get sponsered, need to go suck dick to sgts to get votes. It's messed up. Either way the system goes, there is going to be some sort of dick sucking which is unfortunate.

When someone is in cop handcuffs and you pick-lock them, says you un-restrain them, but they are frozen in place and cannot do anything (Needs to be killed and defib in order to move again, have not tried downing. Shooting body once wont work either)
