Can vouch for Plays.tv! I've used both Shadowplay and Plays, I think both are great.

To my understanding it is a honeypot, a trap. A honeypot is set up, intentionally, to attract attackers to hit them. They gather the data of people attacking these honeypots, and what you see on the map is just that.

I took the liberty of showing the time between your vocal initiation, first shot of your gun, and the kill of the first person in your video. I think the result is interesting, personally.

What version is it that you are looking for?

RDM is killing another player without any type of HOSTILE role-play being initiated and reasonable amount of time for the target to react. Intentions must be clearly stated to the intended target, and they MUST be given reasonable time to react. Revenge killing is NOT a form of role-playing reasoning. I do not believe running away from someone is justified initiation. And I do not believe attempting to use your vehicle as a weapon on said running person is really fair play either. My only issue with your first kill is that you killed him purely because he was depositing money, and you thought you may be able to pick it up from him after you killed him. Initiation isn't a permanent thing though, it is temporary. You can't initiaite on someone on Monday, and kill them tomorrow. Sure, that is a vast comparison compared to twenty or thirty minutes, but five minutes is a fair length of time for initiation to last. I'd direct you to these two posts, the first one discusses killing unarmed civilians in an active firefight. I believe that was a point raised by Cyan.

Glad you got it fixed! I had a similar problem when upgrading my PC a few weeks ago where I thought my Graphics Card had gone bust. Turns out I just didn't put the DVI into the card, and in fairness it was like 3am. But this picture summed out how I felt afterward:

Is there something that could be done regarding sports hatches in the keychain menu of the phone? Cannot see the distance of the vehicle because the vehicle name is so large. Unless this has been fixed, I've not checked for a long time (SUV Hype).

Your CPU will do you for another year, two at most. It does not bottleneck your 970, which is the main thing. Start putting money away each month for the next year, and this time next year you'll be able to get a new CPU and Mobo no problem.

Not that it should make any big difference, but it may be a case of a conflicting keybind. I personally use left windows key for my earplugs, I'd suggest you try the same and see if you still have the issue.

What key are you using for your earplugs (Custom keybind 10)?
