Reason for Appraisal :In my opinion probably the best lieutenant knew him since I was a cadet always answering questions and being very helpful. A lot more approachable then most LT's and is really understanding and respectful about current problems and situations. Also the lt I am probably most comfortable going to.

Reason for Appraisal: absolutely the most active corpral in p1 and one of the only people that was not afraid to speak up about things.

Officers Name : Sergeant @Arawson Reason for Appraisal : He has been most helpful in many situations throughout the APD. He also puts others before him always offering help and even when I asked him for a Mock Ridealong Certification he responded immediately and gave that opportunity to me after doing a SWAT Whitelisting training as well. He is no doubt deserving of a promotion he is honestly hosting like 75% of the training's in fact most of my training's and I have 10 of them have been by him. Suggested Reward : Promotion to Lt.

Officers Name : Sergeant @Arawson Reason for Appraisal : This guy has hosted like 80% of the 30+ training's I have been to I think that alone shows something that and I always see him helping people and not denying everyone's opinions like some others. Suggested Reward : Promotion for sure
