New cartel locations

I only have 1 real concern, just from looking at the new cartel locations, Drug Cartel, the prison and 2 of the Turf's are all within like 1km of eachother, which is going to cause soooo many problems, cops being 1km from a cartel when at a prison, gangs fighting a turf which is 500m from the prison, and right next to the cartel, and it's not just 1 turf, there are 2 turfs right next to the prison and drug cartel, the location might be fun to fight, but it just looks like it's going to cause so many issues between gangs and cops in the future and end up being complete aids and a massive cluster fuck

and its gonna make things a complete cluster fuck, it'll just be pure aids, the map is humongous, spread things out, make people use the other parts of the map instead of just one small corner

it's to make up for server 5. Except there isn't a rebel inbetween it all.
