Dom Fixes

1) Fix the helicopter spawns on domination to not spawn with the rest of the vehicles.

2) Make it so a map cannot be played over and over, IE. Tuesday Dom can be utes, Thursday Dom can be any map besides Utes, possibly add a buffer to make the map not playable for two doms.

make a poll and let people vote their favorite maps, keep the top 3-4 and rotate between those, remove the rest

Everyone dom maps have there imperfections, utus caps are to close to each other, altis they are too far and ez to roach, zagbad too far and ez to roach caps are small or just don't any desgine element to them, dom maps in  need a rework and or revamped

The more people helping the better even if it’s making caps in the VR mode of Eden editor. Re doing all of the maps can take a lot of work and with only one person making caps they caps could be come very repetitive.
