Getting Sergeant means you played with people long enough that they felt obligated to vote for you while you sat there being there bitch. You are no leader, You are not a good player, Getting promoted to anything but captain or LT isn't special anymore, and you will never get LT because no one likes you and you arn't worth taking a spot thats limited.
