Change the targetting/interaction with players feature

There is an reoccuring issue that keeps happening to me when I try to jail players. I cant get the option to interract with them after I stop escorting them.

As you can see in this video, it takes me 20 seconds to get the option, and when you are being chased by other players, this bug is really annoying

Common Cop issue at times as well. I assume it's the glory of ArmA at it's finest.

I get this too. 

Working as intended, It's so they have a chance to kill you before you send them even though you made it to the courthouse.

addActions OP

Not sure why most things are not hotkeyed, at least vital things. (Restrain/un, Jail, Escort). Leave things like BB and PK alone, just change vital things. Because BH and cop suffer the most from game bugs.

I found the fastest way to fix this is to scroll wheel and let the menu fade out and then scroll again and it should be fixed

+1 scroll weel fading away doenst work most of the time
