DONOR bounty hunter shop

Many times my bounty's are in or near donor but driving there form another place with a downing weapon just to get them gives them plenty of time to leave. There is always people at the turf drug dealer with bounty's so why is there no bounty hunter shop near donor. Please fix

There isn't one there because bounty hunters would camp Donor 24/7 because that's where everyone spawns to get rebel gear since it's 2-3 km from Kavala Rebel

You do not bounty hunt Donor. Everyone will hate you when you do. Leave the gangs to fight and their bounties will grow.
