Legit Posted July 7, 2017 Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 It is pretty simple, the first time you join/buy certain licences you are prompted complete a quiz specific to what you are doing. I baffles me how common it is for players to quote rules that don't exist. Outside of the forums/wiki the information regarding the rules is very basic. False reports waste admin and player time, plus the added frustration of arguing with somebody about who is right or wrong. Darklom likes this Link to comment

Yes people will still break the rules, but I feel like I have to explain daily that NLR isn't a thing. Link to comment
