Well, I'm not going to be a dick like the rest of this thread has been and outright refuse this but I will tell you I think it's a good idea to a certain extent. I don't think it should be something that is called upon frequently but maybe something like an event like a fed or bank. For instance, when Kavala gets so bad that officers can't even walk around without getting shot or for example when those guys were kidnapping the entire police force on P1 then I would say that a Martial Law system would be cool. To alleviate the logon problems and other issues just make alarms go off throughout the city and a message notification every minute that ML is active. Overall, good idea in my opinion, just wrong implementation. It would definitely be fun to do but just make it a rare occurrence. Also, I do agree that we can't just abandon Kavala when it gets the way it does, something has to be done.

Well typically we have the chance to get you without the hostage being harmed so we go that route, even if we say we are going to pay its almost always a setup. Hostage taking is not a very profitable line of work.

If youve always been playing fullscreen and not fullscreen windowed it sounds like your resolution was one that was lower than your monitors native resolution, try messing around with lower than native resolution sizes in fullscreen until you can see your taskbar.

You sound like me when i first started, that's why i joined the APD. The police force has what you're looking for and is a great opportunity to meet people and even possibly join a group on civ through your APD membership. I highly recommend signing up!

Noice, had no idea about the orange dlc, hope its emergency services stuff like the rumors are so we can get some of that in altis life

I'd say get marksmen for sure just so you can use the dlc guns
