All houses posted here are on Asylum #1. House #1 House #1 is a $150,000 Long House that holds 3 crates and is only 1.1 km from the easternmost Cocaine Field. It is the closest 3 crate house that is purchasable to that cocaine field. House #2 House #2 is a $75,000 house that holds 2 crates. It is located in Chalkeia and is 1.6 km from Cocaine Field, however it was intended to be used for the quarry which it is a few hundred meters from. However it could be used for both. House #3 House #3 is a garage beside House #2. Used as a combo they are ideal for gathering cocaine in a van. You can kinda name your own price, i just want like 200k from each. If it goes higher than that than that's cool I guess.

Little heads up I don't think houses get removed if you're inactive anymore and they kinda need to. I quit playing for like two months and came back and still had all my houses and this has happened multiple times. I've left multiple times for long periods of times and my houses were still mine, which to some people is a good thing but for the rest of the server it's terrible. The house market is always left dry and scarce due to this. Also the reduced upkeep talents that were never implemented in years need to be. As well as actual home upkeep. Currently there is no upkeep costs that need to be paid and because of this houses are remaining to be owned after months of inactivity by their owners. I understand you want to fix server performance however I think this needs to be the first update after performance issues are solved. Also I believe the $40,000 houses should have access to one crate at all times. Due to the scarce amount of for sale houses the only homes left are the neglected (and for good reason) $40,000 houses. These houses have almost no purpose other than close spawn locations to rebel outposts and the occasion use of trapping somebody inside. Since there is like more $40,000 houses than any other house I believe these should actually have uses and be allowed one crate.

the 10 40k houses total on the map close to rebel. what about the other 300 40k houses around the map. in towns and stuff. would be good if they had crates and wernt pointless, right

i have 6000 hours in the game. and i can tell you no1 is grinding right now. continue the grind by wiping. also just a heads up i dont think houses are getting removed from inactive players anymore. cuz i stopped playing for months and then i rejoined and had all my houses. i think thats reason for house shortage. also i wrote that before i saw that apparently just having new owners that hadvnt changed anything yet actually makes people want to join the same old server. i wrote that original post when there was barely 30 players on during like peak hours.

Make 40k houses always able to hold 1 crate instead of for donor goal. cuz pretty dumb imo. theoretically i could put like 50 crates in that bitch. but no no, you wont even let me have 1 unless i give you my paycheck. wat are 40k houses going to be good for? trapping ppl in them? yeah like im gonna rid myself of a house slot for the 1 chance i get to trap someone in that 40k house once every month.
