    Fed gates can't be unlocked by either cops or civs half the time, you'll bolt cut/progress bar them only for them to close after staying open for half a second.

    For the past month or so, every time one of my gang members or I try to accomplish a smash n grab; We end leaving because the alarms sets off right away. We have all the required talents and the main concern is it usually sets off alot further in the progess. I have no idea if an update makes it go off easier? But what really needs to be fixed is the gates won't stay open after you unlock/bolt cut the gate, they instantly go down after coming up a foot. Really annoying Please fix this.

    It has come to our attention that some of you in the community found a way to obtain loot crate keys without fully paying for them.  We have looked through the logs and we know who you are.  Not only are you stealing from us, you're stealing from the community when you do things like this.  
    We will give you 48 hours to come in and make things right.  After that, action will be taken on your account.

    This is a re-post of the rule change regarding RP from August 2015:
    After a long discussion, we have decided to change the rules around a few role play (RP) scenarios.  
    First, it is no longer acceptable to send someone a text message telling them they are going to die and then killing them immediately (or shortly thereafter).  Things like “you will die” followed by someone being killed will be a bannable offence going forward.  
     
    Second, when you do initiate hostile role play with someone you must give them sufficient time to react.  For example:  
     
    “Hands up or die” is perfectly fine - provided you give the person ample time to respond, give them time to put their hands up, run, or to begin dialogue with you.  If they fail to comply with your demand in a reasonable time, then by all means do whatever you feel you need to do within the RP scenario you are creating.  
     
    Also, you must make a reasonable demand of the person.  A time when “hands up or die” is not reasonable, is when someone is driving a car or a helicopter.  There is no way for them to put their hands up in a short amount of time.  If they pull over and exit the vehicle, then they are beginning to comply - do not just shoot them on sight.  If they turn a weapon towards you and you feel your life is in danger, then you may shoot them (but remember guns always pop out when you exit a vehicle thanks to an Arma mechanic).  The better thing to say may be “Pull over (or land), exit the vehicle, and holster your weapon immediately”.  If the person complies, then you can play out the RP scenario from there.  
    Third, when someone does comply with your demands, you must find another reason to kill them.  They complied, so your “or” statement has no meaning if you go ahead and kill them anyway.  If you say “hands up or die” and the person puts their hands up and you shoot them anyway, you will likely find yourself banned for a period of time.  If you want to further the RP scenario with them a touch and then kill them that is fine, but you must find another reason inside of your RP to end their life.  
    These changes are not a move to a hard core RP type of system, but instead are ways to make the RP inside of the Asylum servers more meaningful.  We love the fast paced nature of the game play here, but we do want RP to be more engaging for everyone.  You shouldn’t have to fear you will be killed each time you get told “hands up or die” provided you comply with the demands given to you.  
    We also would prefer RP be initiated through voice commands.  When you hide behind a text message and shoot quickly, your chances of being banned going forward will be higher.  Let’s all try to be better at RP - I think you will find it will make your gameplay here more fun.

    People begged for it to come back, they brought it back, it died within a week.
    Stratis was a straight money making server.
    At least tanoa is keeping a decent pop.

    The biggest change here is the ability to turn map markers on or off according to your needs.  Go to settings on your phone and click page 2.  
    Other than that, here are the tweaks and changes in this patch:  
    Being flash banged no longer turns on your NVGs UC APD officers can now feign picking drugs etc UC APD Officers now have a few more items they may spawn with The APD will no longer receive pings for criminals wanted for less than $500 Drug dealer pings now display the city name Car alarms will now alert the APD at a slightly increased range A second Skip Tracer base has been added near Kavala The Kavala checkpoint has relocated slightly as a result APD higher ups may no longer lock or unlock doors for player housing when that player is not online Fixed an exploit of the federal reserve Fixed an exploit related to prison breaks Bounty Hunters can now purchase a license as long as they have less than $100 in charges If you cancel an adrenaline shot, it should now return to your inventory as expected Vehicles will now show the names of the players who are red to you, instead of everyone's name being red Death now properly removes blindfolds The cocaine field on Altis has relocated slightly Sofia now has a dive shop Turfs now have a separate drug dealer that is only usable by players of the gang that owns the turf.  Being within range of the drug dealer could result in your untimely demise. Turf control areas have been slightly reduced in size Using Skip Tracer honor talents now require you to actively be a Master Bounty Hunter Several talents that should not stack have been fixed to function as they were designed Police restrained players who have a gold bar in their inventory may now be placed into helicopters by an APD officer Many, many other bug and performance enhancements have been applied. Finally, we have made some changes that we hope (emphasis on hope) may help address the memory leak on the server side that I believe results in the BE kicks occurring.  Testing on dev looks somewhat promising, but we will see how it functions on live servers and adjust from there accordingly.  
    Again, a big thanks to @Gnashes for his work on the patch!
    P.S. - This will roll out for Altis right away, and for Tanoa once I make a few map changes there.  
    Update:
    The patch is rolling out on Tanoa, and there is one more change to mention.  The Nandai turf has been moved to the north a touch per multiple player's request.  
    Hotfix 1:
    The Altis IT helpdesk found the charger for the Governor's laptop, so it now works again. Ladders should work on the oil rig The cocaine pit on Tanoa has been slightly adjusted to prevent an exploit Undercover APD officers will no longer be able to feign picking inside a vehicle APD bar gates have been reinforced.  Crash into them at your own perile The new Skiptracer base on Altis should function as intended The GoKart sign on Altis will once again work Master Bounty Hunters now get honor and cash from their friend's arrests (bug fix) The cartel progress bar has had it's priority reduced to allow other progress bars to come to the foreground (hopefully) The APD can now seize items into evidence at Vagalala (you're welcome)

    I currently have 550,000 prestige points. I have been rewarded an 1.5 million dollar limit. If I exchange the points back into money, will I lose the increased limit? What is the ratio of points to money and vice versa?
