uhhh id fix your settings first bc i play on all high settings with an exception of a few that don't matter with 40 fps on full server in/out of city and 70 on a server with ~30 people with an i5 4460 3.2ghz, 8gb ddr3 1600mhz, and a 750ti 2gb and no ssd.
